We publish a realistic band of 3.14 to 10.03 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.

Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.

Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
