Where the margin really sits
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For distributors the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 3.18 to 10.07 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

What a sensible opening order looks like
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
