What your market will ask for

Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.

Reading a quotation properly
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 3.21 to 10.56 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 28 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
