Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.15 to 10.55 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.

What happens when something goes wrong

Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
