THC Vape balance with spare kit
We work with distributors who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.

Presentation that earns the step-up
A THC vape programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Labels, closures and traceability
Regulation for THC vape products differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Choosing the core line
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
Most distributors arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
Unit price versus landed cost
We publish a realistic band of 3.20 to 9.54 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.

Frequently asked
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
