THC Vape AQL pitfalls
We work with distributors who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.

What happens when something goes wrong
This page is for distributors who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Presentation that earns the step-up
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep THC vape products at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
What we test before a carton is sealed
10 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
How we structure a first order
A practical starting order for distributors is 200 units across two or three SKUs, not 200 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
When you compare suppliers for THC vape, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.

Frequently asked
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What is the minimum order for THC vape?
Standard configurations start at 200 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 500 units because of setup time on the line.
