What a sensible opening order looks like

A practical starting order for distributors is 60 units across two or three SKUs, not 60 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
